       適量的多官能性單體助交聯(lián)劑在過氧化物硫化體系中能夠抑制斷鏈反應(yīng)，提高交聯(lián)效率，而且多官能性單體助交聯(lián)劑遺留在交聯(lián)結(jié)構(gòu)中還有助于改善MS密封膠的物性，更有助于改善MS密封膠的硫化速度以及壓縮永久變形等物理機(jī)械性能。HV一268(N,N'-間苯撐雙馬來酞亞胺，美國商品名為HVA一2)常作為MS密封膠過氧化物硫化活性劑使用。

       硫黃在過氧化物硫化體系中能消除聚合物自由基的副反應(yīng)，提高過氧化物的交聯(lián)效率和交聯(lián)程度，降低過氧化物的用量。少量的硫黃亦可作為過氧化物硫化的活性劑使用。

       本次試驗是在低硬度MS密封膠的過氧化物硫化膠料配合中分別加人HV一268和硫黃，對比其在MS密封膠的過氧化物硫化體系中對MS密封膠物理機(jī)械性能的影響。

       采用RPA 2000MS密封膠分析儀在0. 5弧度應(yīng)變、頻率100 cpm和160℃條件下測試膠料的硫化特性。

       膠料的其余各項性能均按相應(yīng)的國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行測試。

       用RPA2000MS密封膠分析儀在0. 5弧度應(yīng)變、頻率100 cpm和160℃條件下做膠料的硫化特性曲線試驗。

       由表2的硫化特性曲線測試結(jié)果數(shù)值可以比較出:在160℃硫化條件下，2#,3#試驗配方與1#試驗配方相比，t和t數(shù)值均有明顯下降，特別是3#試驗配方的t,。和t時間下降幅度更大，大大縮短了硫化時間，提高了硫化速度，克服了MS密封膠在實際加工中硫化速度慢的缺點。即在MS密封膠的過氧化物硫化體系中加人硫化活性劑HV-268，能提高試驗配方的硫化速度，縮短硫化時間。而同時加人硫化活性劑HV一268和硫黃，對提高試驗配方的硫化速度，縮短硫化時間的效果更顯著。http://m.hbxqtax.com/
