將實(shí)驗(yàn)原料DGM一6018丁基防水嵌縫膠在(2312)℃下預(yù)先放置24h，將含量為0%,0.1%，0.3%,0.S%,0.7%的Zn0，加人到丁基防水嵌縫膠中，經(jīng)過均勻混合后，按照GB16776一2005和GB/T13477.8一2002的制作要求，將混合料分別擠注在事先準(zhǔn)備好粘結(jié)性能模具(空腔大小為SOmmxl2mmxl2mm)和邵氏硬度模具中(空腔大小為130mmx40mmx6.5mm)，每組做5個(gè)粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度丁基防水嵌縫膠試件，做一個(gè)邵氏硬度丁基防水嵌縫膠試件，再溫度為(23士2)℃，濕度為(50土5)%標(biāo)準(zhǔn)條件下，粘結(jié)性能丁基防水嵌縫膠試件養(yǎng)護(hù)28d，邵氏硬度丁基防水嵌縫膠試件養(yǎng)護(hù)21d.然后分別測試?yán)煺辰Y(jié)強(qiáng)度、伸長率、邵氏硬度等性能。將養(yǎng)護(hù)好的試件用LX一A型邵氏橡膠硬度計(jì)做邵氏硬度分析。每個(gè)丁基防水嵌縫膠試件測量五點(diǎn)，取其中位數(shù)用WDT一10型微機(jī)控制電子萬能試驗(yàn)機(jī)對拉伸粘結(jié)強(qiáng)度、粘結(jié)破壞面積和伸長率進(jìn)行測試，加荷速度為(5-6mm/min.采用透過印制有l(wèi)mmxlmm網(wǎng)格線的透明膜片，測量粘結(jié)破壞面積較大的面占有的網(wǎng)格數(shù)。精確到1格，粘結(jié)破壞面積以粘結(jié)破壞格數(shù)占總格數(shù)的百分比表示。Zn0對丁基防水嵌縫膠邵硬度的影響對樣品進(jìn)行了邵氏硬度測量，(結(jié)果見表1)取每一組數(shù)據(jù)中位數(shù)和Zn0，含量作圖如圖1。從圖1可以看出，隨著Zn0，含量的增加，邵氏硬度逐漸增加，當(dāng)Zn0、含量為0.5%時(shí)，硬度最高54，當(dāng)Zn0，含量繼續(xù)增加時(shí)，硬度反而下降。這主要時(shí)由于隨著Zn0*含量的增加，Zn0，在基體中的骨架作用逐漸增強(qiáng)，但是當(dāng)含量超過臨界體積含量后，丁基防水嵌縫膠和Zn0，不能混合均勻，達(dá)到飽和狀態(tài)，硬化過程中浮于表面，反而使硬度降低。http://m.hbxqtax.com/
