可知,在實(shí)驗(yàn)3條件下,丁基防水嵌縫膠的刮板細(xì)度值最大,實(shí)驗(yàn)9條件下的結(jié)果最小。結(jié)合其方差分析,得出aOS時(shí)的方差分析表(表2),誤差所在列為下料方式因素。從表2可以得出,分散速度對(duì)刮板細(xì)度具有顯著性影響,其次是下料時(shí)間。分散速度越快,其刮板細(xì)度值越小,表明膠體分散越好。分散時(shí)間和下料方式2個(gè)工藝參數(shù)對(duì)細(xì)度的影響并不明顯。
工藝條件對(duì)私度性能的影響。加工工藝參數(shù)對(duì)丁基防水嵌縫膠初始勃度及勃度穩(wěn)定性的影響。由可知,實(shí)驗(yàn)6號(hào)工藝條件下制備的丁基防水嵌縫膠初始薪度最大,實(shí)驗(yàn)7號(hào)工藝條件下的最小。結(jié)合豁度穩(wěn)定性結(jié)果(圖3)可知,在實(shí)驗(yàn)1 ,2,3工藝條件下,樣品貓度先上升后又趨于下降;在實(shí)驗(yàn)4 ,5 ,6號(hào)工藝條件下,樣品戮度均隨時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)呈逐步下降趨勢(shì);在實(shí)驗(yàn)7,8,9號(hào)工藝條件下,樣品勃度隨時(shí)間的增加呈逐步上升趨勢(shì)。另外,根據(jù)實(shí)驗(yàn)中觀察的現(xiàn)象,除7,8,9號(hào)實(shí)驗(yàn)樣品外,其余實(shí)驗(yàn)樣品均出現(xiàn)了不同程度的樣品沉降。這是導(dǎo)致1一6號(hào)樣品豁度值在第4天時(shí)均出現(xiàn)了下降的原因,說(shuō)明分散速度過(guò)慢,膠體分散不均勻,易使樣品出現(xiàn)沉淀,從而影響樣品茹度的穩(wěn)定性和最終的使用性能。都是隨時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)出現(xiàn)下降趨勢(shì),只有當(dāng)分散速度在1000 r/min時(shí),丁基防水嵌縫膠體才呈現(xiàn)出正常的膠體戮度特征,即勃度隨時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)逐步上升。主要原因是分散速度過(guò)低,PVC糊樹(shù)脂以及填料等粉體原料未達(dá)到一個(gè)很好的分散效果。實(shí)驗(yàn)中也觀察到了膠體存放到第4天時(shí),出現(xiàn)了上下分層現(xiàn)象,說(shuō)明膠體分散不均勻,從而使上層測(cè)試的膠體豁度出現(xiàn)下降。可見(jiàn),分散速度對(duì)勃度的影響較為明顯。由圖5可知,分散時(shí)間延長(zhǎng)會(huì)使丁基防水嵌縫膠赫度上升,穩(wěn)定性相對(duì)較好。主要原因是由于分散時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),樹(shù)脂粒子在溶膠體系中會(huì)進(jìn)一步溶脹,吸收的第三部分自由增塑劑增多,因此,膠體勃度會(huì)上升。由圖6,7可知,加料時(shí)間和加料方式對(duì)私度的影響不明顯。表3是=0.OS時(shí)的薪度方差分析表,誤差所在列均為下料方式因素。http://m.hbxqtax.com/
