       采用L9正交實驗設(shè)計，結(jié)合直觀和方差分析方法，研究了分散速度、分散時間、糊樹脂下料時間以及增塑劑下料方式幾個因素在不同水平條件下對聚氛乙烯(PVC)瓶蓋單組分聚氨酯密封膠分散效果和私度性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:分散速度對PVC單組分聚氨酯密封膠的分散均勻性和私度均有顯著影響;分散速度越大，膠體細(xì)度越小，私度穩(wěn)定性能越好。分散時間對PVC膠體的初始孫度和24 h后的私度值影響顯著;分散時間長會使PVC膠的孫度上升，穩(wěn)定性相對較好。PVC糊樹脂的下料時間和增塑劑的下料方式2個工藝參數(shù)對PVC膠體的秘度性能影響不顯著。

       聚氯乙烯(PVC)膠是指以PVC糊樹脂為主要基體原料，與填料、發(fā)泡劑、穩(wěn)定劑等固體助劑一起，通過研磨、攪拌等混合方式分散懸浮在液體增塑劑中配置成的液態(tài)膠。在汽車、包裝等應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域，采用滾涂、滴塑等生產(chǎn)形式，均是以PVC膠料的形式將其加工成最終制品。

       PVC瓶蓋單組分聚氨酯密封膠主要是通過滴塑工藝的形式，將一定量的膠體注人瓶蓋邊緣槽中，經(jīng)高速離心轉(zhuǎn)動均勻后，送人烘烤裝置中進(jìn)行熱塑成型。成型瓶蓋通過壓緊固定或擰緊等方式蓋住瓶體，從而達(dá)到密封瓶中容納物體的目的。在制蓋工藝過程中，需要膠體分散均勻、有適宜的戮度范圍以及長期存儲穩(wěn)定性等。

       由于PVC瓶蓋膠制備過程中添加的助劑種類繁多，原料配比、生產(chǎn)工藝裝備以及加工工藝參數(shù)等均會對后續(xù)產(chǎn)品的性能產(chǎn)生很大影響。筆者的課題組前期也研究了單組分聚氨酯密封膠糊樹增塑劑原料類型對PVC瓶蓋膠私度性能的影響，并報道了PVC瓶蓋膠生產(chǎn)技術(shù)與成型工藝的一些發(fā)展趨勢，因此，采用高速剪切式真空分散設(shè)備能使PVC膠體得到較好的分散且細(xì)度均勻等優(yōu)點。但是，有關(guān)PVC單組分聚氨酯密封膠的加工工藝條件對相關(guān)性能的影響卻少見報道。因此，文章采用正交實驗設(shè)計，研究了分散速度、分散時間、糊樹脂加料時間以及增塑劑添加方式這4個因素，在3水平實驗條件下，對PVC瓶蓋膠相關(guān)性能的影響，并為PVC單組分聚氨酯密封膠的生產(chǎn)工藝條件提供了必要的參考。http://m.hbxqtax.com/
