預(yù)測(cè)試

       (1)在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)將加載裝置安裝在待測(cè)MS密封膠側(cè)面，高度宜在玻璃板塊高度中點(diǎn)。安裝位置應(yīng)與有限元分析時(shí)一致。

       (2)力傳感器、位移傳感器置零，分級(jí)施加荷載至測(cè)試荷載，每級(jí)荷載維持10s,測(cè)試荷載維持1 mimo測(cè)量記錄各級(jí)荷載、玻璃和鋁框間的相對(duì)位移。

       (3)重復(fù)以上試驗(yàn)過(guò)程，并檢查二次變形值差是否過(guò)大。

       (4)故意切穿MS密封膠接縫(切割長(zhǎng)度逐步增加)，在切穿處重復(fù)上述加荷試驗(yàn)步驟，以確定MS密封膠遭到破壞的初始試驗(yàn)撓度/fD和切割長(zhǎng)度乙。MS密封膠縫的切割長(zhǎng)度乙以加載點(diǎn)處出現(xiàn)明顯的撓度變化為準(zhǔn)。

       (5)重復(fù)上述試驗(yàn)步驟以確定集中荷載值、MS密封膠粘結(jié)面未遭受破壞時(shí)的初始試驗(yàn)撓度MS密封膠遭受破壞時(shí)的初始試驗(yàn)撓度/fD和相應(yīng)的故意切割長(zhǎng)度。

正式檢測(cè)

       (1)對(duì)其它玻璃分格相同、MS密封膠規(guī)格和種類(lèi)相同的待測(cè)MS密封膠，按上述預(yù)測(cè)試試驗(yàn)步驟進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，測(cè)量MS密封膠的撓度變化。

       (2)如MS密封膠粘結(jié)面質(zhì)量存在外觀缺陷，加載點(diǎn)應(yīng)布置在缺陷處附近。

       (3)試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)撓度超過(guò)初始測(cè)定撓度/fD時(shí)，應(yīng)對(duì)撓度增加的原因進(jìn)行分析。排除非粘結(jié)面破壞機(jī)理等因素。

檢測(cè)結(jié)果判定

       如MS密封膠的撓度未超過(guò)初始試驗(yàn)撓度可判定粘結(jié)面質(zhì)量合格。http://m.hbxqtax.com/
