       目前，對既有建筑玻璃幕墻進行安全評估時，對于丁基防水嵌縫膠大多采用現(xiàn)場切割部分樣品送實驗室檢測其邵氏硬度、延伸率等指標，根據(jù)實驗室檢測的結(jié)果結(jié)合現(xiàn)場對膠的厚度、寬度、外觀量等的檢驗結(jié)果，判斷丁基防水嵌縫膠的粘結(jié)面質(zhì)量是否達到要求。上述方法大多需依賴實驗室的檢測結(jié)果，因此研究一套簡便、快速的丁基防水嵌縫膠現(xiàn)場檢測技術(shù)是十分必要的。

       吸盤法模擬集中力荷載作用的現(xiàn)場檢測方法，是根據(jù)設(shè)計風(fēng)荷載值，通過有限元計算分析得到等效的集中力荷載值，由初始切割測試得到初始撓度，根據(jù)被測處的膠體撓度是否超過初始撓度來判斷其粘結(jié)面質(zhì)量是否合格。

       整個集中力加載示意圖如圖1所示。

       該設(shè)備在AS丁M C1394的基礎(chǔ)上，用夾具代替吸盤將加載鋁合金反力梁固定在玻璃板塊上，并且將真空橡膠吸盤改進為鋼圓盤，提高了現(xiàn)場的可操作1生，使設(shè)備的攜帶更為方便。

等效集中荷載的計算

       采用有限元計算軟件ANSYS，對玻璃板塊在均布荷載、集中荷載作用下丁基防水嵌縫膠的應(yīng)力和變形進行計算舉例如下。

       分格尺寸為1 045mm x 690 mm,厚度為6 mm;彈性模量為71 700 MPa,泊松比為0.220丁基防水嵌縫膠寬度13mm，厚度13mm:計算時假定為雙折線型線性材料，即拉伸應(yīng)力在0一0.21 MPa間，彈性模量為0.8M Pa，應(yīng)力超過0.21  MPa時，彈性模量減小為0.3  M Pa;泊松比為0.30風(fēng)荷載標準值取風(fēng)荷載標準值嘆=5.OOkN/mzo計算結(jié)果如圖2、圖3所示。通過有限元計算，確定現(xiàn)場加載的等效集中荷載值，該集中荷載產(chǎn)生的丁基防水嵌縫膠應(yīng)力與均布風(fēng)荷載設(shè)計值作用下產(chǎn)生的應(yīng)力應(yīng)相同。http://m.hbxqtax.com/
